Return Policy/Exchange
Return Window:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return/Exchange request.
Eligible Returns/Exchange:
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. (if customer dont like colour or design or material after receiving product, customer has to send product to us on their own courier expense for avail of refund)
Required Documentation:
- A continuous parcel opening video showcasing the condition of the item upon delivery.
- For damaged/incorrect items: a clear photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packaging it arrived in.
Return/Exchange Process:

Submit a return or Exchange request through your account dashboard, specifying the reason for return/Exchange

Upon approval from our support team, pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the price tag (unattached is okay). Ensure the folding remains unaltered and unused.

Return Processing:
- You will receive an email/whats app notification once your return arrives at our Return Desk.
- Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item.
- Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
Refunds:
- If the return passes inspection, you will receive a full refund for the purchase amount or customer can purchase similar or equivalent value product within 7days of time.
Important Notes:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unwashed and unworn.
- The original price tag must be present on the returned item (it can be detached).
- The folding must be maintained as received.
